"INDIA" :-A PENDILIUM

 Half of India is the victim of power-cut and traffic jam today. Being in another blessed part, I feel as one of the corrupts.  The number of abuses that the Northern India would be hurling to the Southern part would be more than the trouble that they are facing. I'm scared, almost.  But do we really care when we get electricity for 24-hours continuously? Do we ever think about saving it? Never. We enjoy as much as we can without even thinking once about how can we save the amount of electricity that can be utilized by others in future. Many of us may not be knowing even the reason why more than 10 states of our country is blackened today. For the ignorant part of India, the exclusive report is here: When the Northern and Eastern power grids  had failed, thus resulted in  hundreds of trains come to a halt. The northern and western grids blacked out. The assumption is that it failed to take the excess load. Partial restoration was  done by that  evening. If some states or areas consume electricity more than the sanctioned strength, then grid failures usually occur,” said power minister Manish Gupta. (Extracted from sites).

           So the basic reason why half of our country is without electricity is over-consumption of the same. And the effects of this power cut off are: In West bengal, train services were badly affected. Hence, lakhs of passengers were stuck at various stations. Hospitals were under danger because of which another lakh of patients  suffered. Railway officials said more than 350 trains were stranded.  All these could have been avoided if the electricity would have been saved from our side. No? Yes? But who cares? There are several ways of saving electricity and being a part of making Developing India into a Well-developed India.

            Do not leave your television etc in standby mode. Devices can use up to 90% as much power in standby mode as when they are on, so it is a serious waste of energy when a device is left constantly on standby. Use a microwave to reheat food or to cook small portions. Although a microwave uses a lot of power, it does so over a very short time and so saves energy overall.  Cool cooked food before you put it into the fridge. Do not put uncovered liquids into the fridge. Their evaporation will make the fridge have to work harder. These are some of those tips I found that are not included mainly in our text books. And what we search on Web is not about how to save electricity but how to reduce electricity bills.  So for a change, try doing these things. Let the problems mentioned above bid a final good-bye to our country once the situation is settled back.

            In the same way I have seen so many people wasting water unnecessarily. I remember the last time I went to Siddhivinayak Temple around this thursday , an uncle of 35-40 years old washed his feet and went without turning off the tap. I said,"Uncle, aapne paani khula chchod diya". Aggressively, he replied,"Beta, Ganpati ka darbaar hai. Jitna bahaao kabhi kamm nahi hoga". I assumed that he is one of those husbands who is bought to temple by a religious and over pious wife. That reply was a sort of taunt to the devotees of GANPATI or God, to be precise. But being an atheist and wasting water are two different things. At least that old atheist man should respect water that he gets to drink. I have also noticed some silly people wasting water while washing clothes they would keep the tap on without a concern of how much water is been wasted..............
             Electricity, Water and other such resources are wasted by many of us unintentionally because of lack of knowledge. After such incidents, we should at least open our eyes and try to learn the ways of being the part of a better side. I am not a socialist but still I try to save as much resources as I can. By misusing the God gifted favors, we are just ruining our own lives. Already Mumbai was/is facing water shortage. In my own college campus hostel, water is supplied by tankers almost every alternate days. I want to bring a change but I don't know how to proceed with it. I hope I can bring some at least through this post. To know more, try to search "How to save electricity at home" and "How water can be preserved", you'll get effective links.
                       I AM GOING TO DO THAT TOOOOOOOOOOOO
                       LET'S DO THIS TOGETHER GUYS
                       PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE.

AN COMMON MAN CANNOT LEAVE CRORES OF PROPERTY FOR HIS FUTURE GENERATION TO COME .BUT  AT LEAST  THESE RESOURCES COULD BE SAVED OUT SO THAT EVEN OUR FUTURE GENERATION COULD USE IT...

AND HAPPY REPUBLIC DAY TO ALL THOSE "RESPONSIBLE INDIAN'S" OUT THERE

"JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED BUT I SAY JUSTICE DELAYED IS RULE OF LAW DESTROYED"

“JUSTICE DELAYED IS JUSTICE DENIED BUT I SAY JUSTICE DELAYED IS RULE OF LAW DESTROYED”

       15TH AUGUST 1947 an important day for all we INDIANS as we got freedom  on this day and the struggle for independence was over hereafter.But to speak the truth it was beginning of struggle to live as an independent nation and to eastablish a democracy based on justice,liberty,equality and fraternity.Keeping this in mind the preamble of Indian constitution ,interalia,declares that-WE THE PEOPLE OF INDIA HAVING SOLEMNLY RESOLVED TO CONSTITUTE INDIA  INTO SOVEREIGN,SOCIALIST,SECULAR,DEMOCRATIC,REPUBLIC AND SECURE IT’S CITIZENS JUSICE,SOCIAL,ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL RIGHTS. But 63 years of independence we have endless laws but not enough justice.The founding father of our constitution had placed “JUSTICE”at the highest pedestral and preamble to constitution placed justice higher than other features like liberty,equality and fraternity.People go to judiciary in quest of justice because court of law is a “TEMPLE OF JUSTICE” where justice is bound to be given to people.But the justice must be done with reasonable time because as they say justice delayed is justice denied.Pendency cause delay and delay means neglecting the accessibility of justice in true and can turn any person insane.
Sometimes I do feel that our law is a drenched age.Because we are constantly inventing new and better ways  of bumping into one another,we seek an orderly means of dulling the blows and repairing damage.undoubtedly the system is at fault and the system is,surely,as good as people make it work.It’s the duty of legal profession to make sure that it co-operates with judiciary in ensuring that justice is administered speedily and expeditiously. There are several cases where judgement were delivered by courts after a long time.In SAFDAR HASMI murder case who was killed by political opponent the criminal were punished after long 15 years.In TANDURI MURDER CASE the accused a delhi congress  leader sushil Sharma who was convicted with death sentence after 8 years 6 months.he murdered NAYNA SAHANIA and destroyed the evidence by burning her body .In JESICALAL murder case and MADHUMITA SHARMA murder case accused persons were punished after a long legal battle.
We have several committees and commissions by government from time to time for speedy justice but situation has not so changed .Recently I had a discussion with my journalist friend regarding our judiciary and I got an information that according to law commission in it’s 120th report said that inadequate number of judges is a major reason behind disposal of case which just left me amazed and finally we concluded that the main cause of judicial procrastination  is not in hand of judiciary but in hand of executives and administrative wing.INDIA-a country where after god not only doctors but judges are also considered as life savers,an effort should be made to strengthen the belief of common man on our judiciary system.
I feel INDIAN JUDICIARY is a photocopy of outdated law and procedures which was pass before independence-I may sound too harsh towards our Indian judiciary offcourse the experts of the field knows better than me but after seeing today’s scenario as a common girl I feel there is a dire need to change old structure of british  made law and make some recent amendments and guidelines.As JUDICIARY is the only and last way to achieve the goal of socio-economic justice which enshrined in our constitution and faith of people can be restored by the application fair and healthy environment to provide speedy and fair justice to all .
Definitely a ray of hope can be seen as in recent incident of the  delhi  gang raped case where fast track courts are run to channelize things to speedy justice as the case is completely kept private so no other thing influence the case and it’s proceedings .Just hoping that this case comes out to be a milestone in our judiciary system for giving justice not only to raped victims but also to other cases victims too……………….?????????????

for me dussehra.............................

Today “Dussehra”……….means celebrating victory over evil .A day to greet all family and friends for their good fate and clear all the differences…….. if any…….this is what is I had learnt since childhood………
Sometimes I feel there is nothing called misunderstanding or differences one creating it it’s all about situation that make this happen it’s all about accepting people and situation
"Accepting People and Situations" the title even though looks very simple to understand it is equally important to comprehend and implement. Every human being on this planet is majorly confronted with two things in his entire lifetime one is "People" and other are the "Situations". When we are born, the first thing we do is respire, which happens in a particular situation with someone around. Right from the start till we die these two things remain with us. Thus during this gap of birth and death, how we handle these two things is extremely important.
Everyone is gifted with unique abilities and qualities. We are here because of our uniqueness, however, people have lost their true self in the race of being someone else. They try and imitate somebody they admire or they try to change themselves for making someone happy, however in this process they lose their own versatility. We all have some or the other unique trait, which someone else might not have. I feel the  essence of life lies in maintaining our originality and helping others to develope something new in them by focussing on their fundamental strengths and qualities this is what gives me atleast  a great amount of self confidence and satisfaction.
                         Sometimes I feel People and Situations go hand in hand, people are responsible for creating situations. These situations in turn change the person who created them. This is a strange but really a true logic which is practical and inevitable. It is therefore very important to be aware of our actions, which determine the situations and the behaviour of the people present in that scenario.. The best way to avoid differences and misunderstanding is to accept the people the way they are. When we accept someone who is altogether different from us, we offer them their space of freedom and comfort. This act of our's not only is a catalyst for making the other person to feel at ease but also creates a favorable situation which is beneficial to everyone around. However, today people want their friends, spouse, children, etc. to behave differently different from the way they are in their true being. This not only makes the later feel frustrated but in the long run it also affects the actual meaning of the relation.

It is therefore important to value and respect the originality and uniqueness which one carries with themselves. Doing this will not only make the situations more easy but it will also help us to gain a great sense of inner peace and satisfaction
        let's all try to implement this and live happily in this" peice of peace"
HAPPY DUSSEHRA TO ALL...........................

ENGINEER'S DAY................

  So it's Engineer's Day . A day meant for all the geniuses who keep on working hard, inventing, researching and developing incessantly without any interruptions and failures. The world would have been a big void if Engineers would not have contributed their piece of mind to it. It has been a very proud moment  for me to see that our country- India has produced many Engineers in last few years who have managed to amaze us every time they came up with something new. Engineering is the reason behind many inventions and creations. Every man-made object has "engineering" involved in it. The bike/car you ride, the washing machine that you use, the vacuum cleaner with which you clean your house, the mobile that you operate, the television that you see, the mobile through which you connect with your old and long-distance friends- All are the results of magnificence shown by the ENGINEERS. A Very Happy Engineer's Day to all the Engineers of the world........... And to hit the bird's eye, I would like to wish all my friends (whom I know personally) who have successfully held their Engineering's Degree It's a real proud moment to have so many friends who are Graduates in Engineering.

            It's very easy to say "Aaj kal toh jaha dekho waha log Engineering kar rahe  hai" but it's very hard to earn the degree i  mean to say the degree with actual knowledge of engineering not just ki degree hai toh one would get  a job in gud company or will get seek for a gud life partner .  For me engineering is not just a degree it's my passion.........................passion to know technology......understand it.............have discussion with people of technical knowledge............for me and to many more passionate engineer's out there engineering is not just a mean to earn money but  a mean to quench the thirst of that technical kida(insect) inside each passionate  engineer. To some everything seems to be fun and frolic from distance but the one who is in the process of getting sharpen up for a bring future knows the struggle and obstacle in the journey. I have done Bachelors in ELECTRONICS N TELECOMMUNICATION. I found it very easy as my University. But now as I have landed up into a renowned- Mumbai University for Masters in ELECTRONICS N TELECOMMUNICATION I have started going through the pain of what a Master of any field goes through. Before today, whenever I found any friend with a degree of MBA, a respect never came from within. But being in the First semester OF P.G I have started respecting all the geniuses who have passed out their Post Graduation with respectable marks coz engineering is a field where one has to undergo " kadi tapsya" not like the rishi -muni types...............but yes a lot of hard work to inherit the knowledge and all those many technical FUNDASSSSSSSSSSS...............

            Engineering is the science, skill, and profession of acquiring and applying scientific, economic, social, and practical knowledge, in order to design and also build structures, machines, devices, systems, materials and processes. This is how Internet defines Engineering. But above this all i feel engineering is a skill , profession of inventing things what u love n  then making the world go crazy for it. For me engineering is the mean to earn reputation in society of the knowledge i owe,n my passion for engineering....................Well for all engineer's the ideal is but offcourse "Sir Mokshagundam Visveswaraiah".a man of honesty,intergity and high integellence skill..................the incredible work done by him inspires  us(engineer's) to be an engineer with not just percentile in marksheet........but to become a passionate engineer who would ammuse the world with one's caliber n knowledge.It's immaterial of how many times u fail........what matter's is the potential to get up again n prove your caliber........So let's be the engineer of actual engineering knowledge............and earn out a special respect on our own n let people go ga- ga on us........

facebook

Yestarday had  watched a south movie "happy days"................had a g8 time watching it............so just thought of thanking my friend's 4 being there 4 me whenever i needed them.............this blog is dedicated to my friends

  A lot of people go through life with only a few friends. It seems that some have less than that. They have no one on whom they can call in good times or bad. There is no one with whom to bounce ideas around, or to talk about deep and troubling subjects. They have no one to call in times of need or difficulty. They are at the mercy of life, standing alone. Others seem to have a multitude of friends. Wherever they go, people know them, and like to be around them. Should trouble strike, their biggest hesitation might be over which friend to call. They know exactly the person with whom to discuss the topics of inquiry and debate. Life is full of entertaining and invigorating relationships because it is full of friends. There ought to be a course in school on friendship. Of course, some people are perfectly happy to operate with fewer friends. They might rather have a few deep and loyal friends, than many superficial ones. Others thrive best when friends are everywhere and numerous. It is not so much the number of friends that is important as is the possession of friends, period. Friendship is a blessing, and a friend is the channel through whom great emotional, spiritual, and sometimes even physical blessings flow. Friends can cheer us when we’re sorrowful or depressed. Friends can challenge us when we allow ourselves to get beyond our reasonable boundaries. Friends can motivate us when we’re ready to give in, and they can provide for us when life falls apart. They are there when all is well, and we want someone with whom to share life’s pleasant and memorable moments. We often just want them around to have a good time, to laugh, to act silly, to enjoy some mutually liked activity. In how many ways have friends enriched our lives and made us feel loved, accepted, respected and cared for? Probably, too many to list, and the list grows daily.  It is safe to say that when God created the world and all the majestic things in it, when he streaked the heavens with radiant color and the earth with grand mountains and awe-inspiring canyons, when he painted the plains with waving grasses and erected noble forests of towering trees, he outdid it all by creating friends. Why not take a moment or two and thank someone today for being a friend to you?

   To all my buddies thanks for being there in my life....................

"AFTER EFFECTS"

On the 26th of november 2008 the world around us was preparing for a gud night sleep,India woke up to a new dawn of terrorism.It served as the final flow to an already jolted security scenerio of the nation which shattered the entire length and breadth of the nation's psyche
This attack signified the dawn of new eraof terrorism where focus was primilary on the economics targets.The clear evident was the "Majestic Taj Mahal Hotel",symbol of india's independence and dignity. The perpetrators of terror have struck at the very heart of the nation and it's bound to leave an everlasting indent on various sphere's of the nation. Moreover the new dimension of terror will compound the problem of the current economic recession.
An eventual fallout of this situation is that the very trust of the public over the security system of the nation is plummeting into a quagmire of hopelessness,which is a very natural reaction indeed. This has oviously given a negative impact on the various foreign investments and economic interest which in turn will surely spell trouble for the financial sector.Estimations reports say that even if 10% of foreign companies restrict their travel to india the next 1 yr , the country could loose $1-7billion of investment
Also the tourism industry ia affected..........the decline in economy expected by Zakkir Ahmed ,managing committe member T.A.F.I was 25-35% but in reality it's 50%.the other countries like USA,UK and other developed nations have already put their citizens on a notice that avoid travellin to India as they have increased security threats.

In this time of gloom,rays of hope can definately be seen.The global community has respnded Indias crisis positively .UKhas decided to send their 100 business representative to india to show their support. it's said that "EVERY CLOUD HAS IT'S SILVER LINING". The Mumbai fiasco and it's preciding happenings are certainly detrimental to the nations development, but it did also bring India closer to the world community and it's long standing problem of terrorism has been recognised by the world as a major and a valid problem that is harmful for the entire world. Also the Indian citizens had finally woken up and started thinking about constructive nation building and protesting against anti-national activities. Let us hope that we Indians aroused this time permanently,and this itself will be the greatest "SHRADDHAAHJALI" to the terror victims....

terrorrrr

THIS IS MY FIRST BLOG ..............A POEM ON A REALISTIC ISSUE......."TRAILLING TERROR"

An uncanny fervour gripped all around ,
When a horrendous sound thundered down.
No!No war has been avowed:
Yet the riffle's noise was very loud.
A new born cherub,
Unknown of her malicious fate;
Continued to giggle playing with her mother's plait.
The lullablysuddenly sunk into silence;

knowing they will be soon in the cage of a tyrant.
NO one was safe even behind a shut door;
Brutally to peices,one n all they tore.
The deafening din refused to wane;
Continued the show of terror,in every narrow lane.
The innocent smiling,in the lap of nature;
Suddenly found themselves in the land of torture.
Amidst the noise of guns,
The criesof the people drowned;
In this "piece of peace",
Once again terror was crowned.
A cloud of melancholy shrouded one and all;
Although the gruesome acts of the brutes did fall.
The creeping silence then stung the dreadful day;
And left all horror stuck,with sanity at bay.
A few of those who were alive wanted to die;
cause their wounded souls could be healed,
was a big lie.........................................
